I am an IT Professional by training with an Honours degree in Computer Science and a professional background in Consultancy. My work is split between Internet Consultancy, currently working mainly in WordPress Development and Support through my business Watch the Dot and Ceilidh Band booking and Management though ceilidhnetwork.com.

I run multiple websites around my various part time business interests including Antique Map Shop and Past on Paper.

I have an (almost) life-long interest in traditional music, specifically the traditional music of Great Britain and Ireland, and more specifically the traditional dance music of Great Britain and Ireland. My working and personal life intersects in many areas around this. I am a Anglo-Concertina player and Ceilidh Caller, working primarily with the Devon based Freedom Fields Ceilidh Band. I’m available to dep as caller or musician with other ceilidh bands and have worked with many of the well known ceilidh bands nationally. I’m also currently learning Jazz piano.

I was a professional club DJ between 1988 – 2010 and I was Barvest DJ of the Year 2004. I was the founder of Fat Poppadaddys, one of the UKs largest nightclub promotion companies and the Secret Discotheque clubnights.
