Exeter Flying Post - Thursday 24 October 1833

Henry Stuart, for a violent assault on Charles Downe [sic] Mayne, clerk, of Mr. Coleridge, Solicitor, Ottery, who had accompanied a bailiff to levy a distress on prisoner’s ‘goods, imprisoned 1 month, and to enter into sureties to keep the peace for 2 years.
